Ingredients
1 cup ragi flour
¼ cup rice flour
¼ cup curd
1½ cups water (adjust consistency)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds
Curry leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Directions
- Prepare Batter: In a bowl, mix ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, and water to make a thin batter.
- Add Flavorings: Add onion, green chilli, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Mix well.
- Heat Tawa: Heat a tawa and grease lightly with oil.
- Pour the Batter: Stir the batter well. Pour a ladleful from the outer edge towards the center.
- Cook the Dosa: Drizzle oil around edges and cook on medium flame till crisp.
- Flip (Optional): Flip and cook for 30 seconds if needed.
- Serve Hot: Serve immediately with coconut chutney or sambar.
