Ingredients

  • 200 grams paneer (cubed)

  • 1/2 cup thick curd (yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 capsicum (cubed)

  • 1 onion (cubed)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Mix well to prepare the marinade.
  • Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion to the marinade. Mix gently and coat evenly.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes or cook on a pan until slightly charred.
