A wholesome, oven-roasted dish where protein-rich paneer and sprouts are stuffed into bell peppers—light, nutritious, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers (capsicum)

  • ¾ cup paneer (crumbled)

  • ½ cup mixed sprouts (boiled)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Directions

  • Prepare Peppers: Cut the tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.
  • Make Filling: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste until soft.
  • Add Protein Mix: Add paneer, sprouts, cumin powder, pepper, turmeric, and salt. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stuff Peppers: Fill bell peppers with the prepared mixture.
  • Cook: Arrange in a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes (or shallow cook covered on a pan).
  • Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
