Ingredients
¼ cup soaked basmati rice
500 ml milk
10 almonds (blended)
4 tbsp sugar
½ tsp rose essence
Pistachios to garnish
Directions
- Grind rice into a coarse paste.
- Boil milk and add rice paste.
- Cook until thick.
- Add almond paste, sugar, and rose essence.
- Chill and serve.
