A creamy ground rice pudding infused with almonds and rose flavour.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soaked basmati rice

  • 500 ml milk

  • 10 almonds (blended)

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • ½ tsp rose essence

  • Pistachios to garnish

Directions

  • Grind rice into a coarse paste.
  • Boil milk and add rice paste.
  • Cook until thick.
  • Add almond paste, sugar, and rose essence.
  • Chill and serve.
