kcalA spicy, street-style Mumbai pulao cooked on a tawa with pav bhaji masala and mixed veggies.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup capsicum
½ cup green peas
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat butter on a tawa, and sauté onions.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add peas, capsicum and spices; sauté well.
- Mix in cooked rice and stir for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
