Indian-spiced chickpeas wrapped with veggies & yoghurt mint sauce — healthy & delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas cooked – 1 cup

  • Tortilla / roti – 2

  • Onion, capsicum – sliced

  • Curd – 2 tbsp

  • Mint-coriander chutney – 1 tbsp

  • Tikka masala – 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice, salt

  • Olive oil – 1 tsp

Directions

  • Toss chickpeas with tikka masala, salt & lemon.
  • Sauté onion & capsicum lightly.
  • Mix curd + chutney for the sauce.
  • Fill wrap with chickpeas + veggies + sauce.
  • Toast wrap on tawa 1 min each side.
