Ingredients
Cooked noodles – 2 cups
Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Spring onion – handful
Directions
- Heat sesame oil; sauté garlic until aromatic.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli, and sugar.
- Toss noodles & spring onion.
- Serve warm.
