Ingredients

  • Cooked chickpeas – 1 cup

  • Tomato – 1, chopped

  • Cucumber – 1, chopped

  • Onion – ¼ cup

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Oregano – ½ tsp

  • Salt & pepper

  • Mint leaves

Directions

  • Combine chickpeas & chopped veggies.
