1 cup chickpeas (boiled)

¼ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
Directions
- Prepare Sweet Potato: Mash boiled sweet potatoes and set aside.
- Cook Chickpeas: Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add chickpeas.
- Season: Add paprika, cumin, salt, and cook for 5–6 minutes.
- Assemble Bowl: Spread mashed sweet potato and top with spiced chickpeas.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle lemon juice, garnish, and serve warm.
