Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Sauté Garlic: Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Cook Veggies: Add cabbage and peas. Cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Season: Add turmeric, salt, and pepper.
