2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
- Toast Almonds: Dry roast almonds in a pan for 2–3 minutes and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Cook Broccoli: Add broccoli and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes. Add a little water if needed.
- Season: Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Serve: Sprinkle toasted almonds and sesame seeds on top and serve warm.
