A quick and nutritious vegan stir-fry with crisp broccoli, toasted almonds, and aromatic garlic—simple, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Toast Almonds: Dry roast almonds in a pan for 2–3 minutes and set aside.
  • Sauté Garlic: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Cook Broccoli: Add broccoli and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes. Add a little water if needed.
  • Season: Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper and mix well.
