Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions (optional)

Directions

  • Heat Oil: Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
