Ingredients
1 cup pasta (penne or fusilli)
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup capsicum, diced
½ cup carrots, chopped
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Boil pasta and set aside.
- Heat oil, sauté onions and veggies till crisp.
- Add tomatoes, ketchup, and spices.
- Toss in pasta and mix well.
- Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
