A fusion pasta dish tossed with Indian spices, mixed vegetables, and tangy tomato sauce — loved by all age groups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta (penne or fusilli)

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • ½ cup capsicum, diced

  • ½ cup carrots, chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Boil pasta and set aside.
  • Heat oil, sauté onions and veggies till crisp.
  • Add tomatoes, ketchup, and spices.
  • Toss in pasta and mix well.
  • Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
