1 cup cooked brown or green lentils
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
¼ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp dried basil or Italian herbs

Black pepper to taste
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and chili flakes; sauté briefly.
- Add Tomatoes: Toss in tomatoes and cook until slightly soft.
- Add Lentils: Stir in lentils, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer: Cook for 4–5 minutes until flavors combine.
