Ingredients
200g firm tofu (cubed)
1 cup broccoli florets, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot (sliced)
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
Directions
- Sauté tofu until golden and set aside.
- Stir-fry garlic and vegetables on a high flame for 3–4 minutes.
- Add tofu and sauces; toss well.
- Serve warm with steamed rice or noodles.
