Ingredients
1 cup urad dal (soaked overnight)
2 tbsp moong dal
2 cups thick yoghurt (whisked)
Tamarind chutney & green chutney
Roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala
Directions
- Grind soaked dals into a fluffy batter.
- Deep fry into vadas until golden.
- Soak vadas in warm water for 10 mins, then squeeze gently.
- Place in a bowl, pour the yoghurt, drizzle the chutneys, and sprinkle with the spices.
