Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes (cubed)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Directions
- Sauté onions & ginger-garlic in oil.
- Add sweet potatoes, spices & salt.
- Add ½ cup water & cook until soft.
- Add coconut milk & simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve warm.
