Ingredients

  • 1½ cups sweet potato (boiled & mashed)

  • 1 cup chickpeas (boiled)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp paprika or chilli powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)

Directions

  • Prepare Sweet Potato: Mash boiled sweet potatoes and set aside.
  • Cook Chickpeas: Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add chickpeas.
  • Season: Add paprika, cumin, salt, and cook for 5–6 minutes.
