2 cups sweet potato (boiled & mashed)
1 cup chickpeas (boiled)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- Add Chickpeas: Add chickpeas and cook with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: Add mashed sweet potato and mix well.
- Finish: Add lemon juice and stir until smooth and heated through.
