  • 2 cups sweet potato (boiled & mashed)

  • 1 cup chickpeas (boiled)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Directions

  • Heat Oil: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  • Add Chickpeas: Add chickpeas and cook with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine: Add mashed sweet potato and mix well.
