Ingredients
1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
½ cup beans (chopped)
½ cup bell peppers (sliced)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp fresh ginger (finely grated)
1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
¼ tsp crushed black pepper
Salt (if needed)
Spring onions (for garnish)
Directions
- Toast Sesame: Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add sesame seeds and let them crackle.
- Aromatics: Add grated ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
- Veggies: Add carrots, beans, and bell peppers. Stir-fry on high heat for 5–6 minutes.
- Season: Add soy sauce and black pepper. Toss well.
- Serve: Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
