2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger (grated)

1 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
½ tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chopped spring onions (optional)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
- Add Cabbage: Add sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Season: Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Finish: Toss well and sprinkle sesame seeds.
