1 litre milk, 2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar, 4 cups water
Cardamom pods
Directions
- Boil milk, curdle with lemon juice, and drain chenna.
- Knead chenna and make smooth balls.
- Boil sugar, water, and cardamom. Add balls.
- Cook 15–20 mins. Let cool in syrup.
