Ingredients
120 g noodles (wheat or rice)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp oil
½ cup carrots (julienned)
½ cup cabbage (shredded)
2 tbsp water
Chilli flakes (to taste)
Spring onions (for garnish)
Directions
- Cook Noodles: Boil noodles as per pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make Sauce: Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, and water until smooth.
- Stir-Fry Veggies: Heat oil in a pan. Add carrots and cabbage; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Combine: Add noodles and sauce. Toss well.
- Serve: Garnish with spring onions and chilli flakes.
