Mumbai street-style mashed vegetable curry served with buttered pav.

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, beans, capsicum)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 lemon

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat butter, sauté onion, tomato.
  • Add veggies, mash well.
  • Add masala, salt, and water. Cook until thick.
  • Toast the pav with butter.
  • Serve hot with lemon & onion.
