Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, beans, capsicum)
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat butter, sauté onion, tomato.
- Add veggies, mash well.
- Add masala, salt, and water. Cook until thick.
- Toast the pav with butter.
- Serve hot with lemon & onion.
