kcalCrispy outside and soft inside, these paneer veggie nuggets are packed with hidden vegetables—perfect as a healthy snack kids will love.
Ingredients
1 cup paneer (grated)
¼ cup boiled potato (mashed)
¼ cup carrot (grated, squeezed)
2 tbsp sweet corn (boiled & mashed)
2 tbsp bread crumbs (plus extra for coating)
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp butter or oil
2 tbsp cornflour
Water (for slurry)
Directions
- Prepare Mixture: In a bowl, mix paneer, potato, carrot, sweet corn, bread crumbs, pepper, and salt.
- Shape Nuggets: Shape the mixture into small nugget or oval shapes.
- Coat: Mix cornflour with water to make a thin slurry. Dip nuggets in slurry and roll in bread crumbs.
- Cook: Shallow fry on a pan with little oil until golden on all sides (or air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes).
- Serve: Serve warm with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.
