A vibrant and semi-dry paneer dish sautéed with peppers, spices, and creamy notes—perfect with roti or fried rice.

Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes – 200g

  • Capsicum (mixed colours) – 1 cup, diced

  • Onion – 1, sliced

  • Tomato puree – ½ cup

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper – 1 tsp

  • Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

  • Oil, salt, coriander

Directions

  • Heat oil; sauté onions & capsicum on high flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till fragrant.
  • Add tomato puree & spices; cook until oil separates.
  • Add paneer & a splash of water; toss gently.
  • Finish with fresh cream & coriander.
