A quick and flavorful North Indian dish made with crumbled paneer, onions, tomatoes, and spices — perfect with roti or bread.

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer (crumbled)

  • 1 onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 green chilli (chopped)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp red chilli powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till golden.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and all spices.
  • Stir till tomatoes soften.
  • Add crumbled paneer, mix gently, and cook for 2–3 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or pav.
