Ingredients
200g paneer (crumbled)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil or butter
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and all spices.
- Stir till tomatoes soften.
- Add crumbled paneer, mix gently, and cook for 2–3 mins.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or pav.
