kcalKashmiri-style mutton curry is rich in spices and yoghurt-based gravy.
Ingredients
500g mutton
1 cup yoghurt
2 onions, sliced
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp turmeric
Whole spices (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon)
4 tbsp oil/ghee
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat ghee/oil, fry onions & whole spices.
- Add mutton, sear well.
- Add yoghurt & spice powders.
- Add water, cover & cook until tender.
- Garnish with coriander, serve hot.
