Ingredients
2 cups green beans (trimmed)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white miso paste (or soy paste)
1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp water
Directions
- Blanch Beans: Boil green beans for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Make Glaze: Mix miso, soy sauce, ginger, and water.
- Toss: Heat sesame oil in a pan, add beans, and pour glaze.
- Cook: Stir for 2–3 minutes until lightly coated.
- Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
