Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans (trimmed)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp white miso paste (or soy paste)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  • Blanch Beans: Boil green beans for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • Make Glaze: Mix miso, soy sauce, ginger, and water.
  • Toss: Heat sesame oil in a pan, add beans, and pour glaze.
  • Cook: Stir for 2–3 minutes until lightly coated.
