A fun and healthy snack made with crispy bread topped with veggies and melted cheese—perfect for kids’ breakfast or evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

  • ¼ cup capsicum (finely chopped)

  • ¼ cup sweet corn (boiled)

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or pizza sauce

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • Butter (for toasting)

Directions

  • Prepare Base: Lightly toast bread slices on a pan or in a toaster.
  • Spread Sauce: Spread ketchup or pizza sauce evenly on each toast.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle capsicum and sweet corn on top.
  • Add Cheese: Add grated cheese generously. Sprinkle oregano and pepper.
  • Cook: Cook covered on low flame until cheese melts (or bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes).
  • Serve: Cut into fun shapes and serve warm.
