Ingredients
4 slices whole wheat bread
½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
¼ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
¼ cup sweet corn (boiled)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup or pizza sauce
½ tsp oregano
A pinch of black pepper
Butter (for toasting)
Directions
- Prepare Base: Lightly toast bread slices on a pan or in a toaster.
- Spread Sauce: Spread ketchup or pizza sauce evenly on each toast.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle capsicum and sweet corn on top.
- Add Cheese: Add grated cheese generously. Sprinkle oregano and pepper.
- Cook: Cook covered on low flame until cheese melts (or bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes).
- Serve: Cut into fun shapes and serve warm.
