Ingredients
3 eggs
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil or butter
Directions
- Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
- Add onions, tomato, green chili, coriander, turmeric, pepper, and salt.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan on medium flame.
- Pour egg mixture evenly into the pan.
- Cook till the base is set and golden.
- Flip and cook the other side till done.
- Serve hot with toast or roti.
