Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
3 boiled potatoes, mashed
1 onion, sliced
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds & curry leaves.
- Add onion, chilli, turmeric & sauté.
- Add mashed potatoes & salt. Mix filling.
- Spread dosa batter on the tawa, and drizzle oil.
- Place potato filling, fold & serve hot.
