South Indian crispy rice crepes filled with spiced potato masala.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dosa batter

  • 3 boiled potatoes, mashed

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 green chilli, chopped

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 sprig of curry leaves

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds & curry leaves.
  • Add onion, chilli, turmeric & sauté.
  • Add mashed potatoes & salt. Mix filling.
  • Spread dosa batter on the tawa, and drizzle oil.
  • Place potato filling, fold & serve hot.
