Refreshing Mango Lassi made with ripe mangoes and yoghurt. A sweet and creamy drink that’s perfect for summer and Indian meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)

  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup chilled milk

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of cardamom (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Blend mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom.
  • Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint or saffron.
  • Serve chilled.
