Ingredients
1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup chilled milk
1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Blend mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint or saffron.
- Serve chilled.
