2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp peanuts
1 dry red chilli
Few curry leaves
1 green chilli, slit
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, peanuts, curry leaves, and chillies.
- Add cooked rice, salt, and lemon juice.
- Toss well and serve warm with papad or pickle.
