Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor)

Directions

  • Heat Oil: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
