Ingredients
1 cup rava (semolina)
¾ cup sugar
3 tbsp ghee
2 ½ cups water
Saffron or kesar soaked in warm milk
Cashews & raisins
Directions
- Roast rava in ghee until fragrant.
- Add boiling water gradually, stir to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar and saffron milk, stir until thick.
- Garnish with fried cashews & raisins.
