A quick and fragrant sweet made with semolina, sugar, ghee, and saffron – perfect for festive offerings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rava (semolina)

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp ghee

  • 2 ½ cups water

  • Saffron or kesar soaked in warm milk

  • Cashews & raisins

Directions

  • Roast rava in ghee until fragrant.
  • Add boiling water gradually, stir to avoid lumps.
  • Add sugar and saffron milk, stir until thick.
  • Garnish with fried cashews & raisins.
