Ingredients

  • Cooked noodles – 2 cups

  • Garlic – 6 cloves, minced

  • Sesame oil – 2 tsp

  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

  • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp

  • Vinegar – 1 tsp

  • Sugar – ½ tsp

  • Spring onion – handful

Directions

  • Heat sesame oil; sauté garlic until aromatic.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli, and sugar.
  • Toss noodles & spring onion.
  • Serve warm.
