Ingredients
4 boiled eggs
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (pureed)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala
Salt, coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Sauté onions, ginger garlic paste, then add tomato puree.
- Add spices and cook until the oil separates.
- Add halved eggs, simmer 10 mins.
- Garnish and serve with rice or roti.
