Ingredients
1 cup moong sprouts (lightly steamed)
1 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp onion (finely chopped, optional)
1 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed)
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Directions
- Prepare Sprouts: Lightly steam moong sprouts for 2–3 minutes and allow to cool.
- Mix Vegetables: In a bowl, add cucumber, tomato, onion, and sprouts.
- Season: Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add Crunch: Sprinkle crushed peanuts and mix gently.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve fresh.
