Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
2 cups spinach (chopped)
1 tsp coconut oil (or regular oil)
1 tsp garlic (minced)
2 tbsp grated coconut
¼ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp water
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- Add Corn: Add boiled corn and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Spinach: Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season & Finish: Add salt, pepper, cumin, and grated coconut. Mix well.
- Serve: Cook for another 1–2 minutes and serve warm.
