Ingredients
1 cup cooked red lentils
1 cup carrot (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté lightly.
- Cook Carrots: Add carrots and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Add Lentils & Spices: Stir in lentils, turmeric, cumin, and salt.
- Finish: Add coconut milk and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
