Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked red lentils

  • 1 cup carrot (thinly sliced)

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Directions

  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté lightly.
  • Cook Carrots: Add carrots and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  • Add Lentils & Spices: Stir in lentils, turmeric, cumin, and salt.
