1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
Salt (if needed)
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chilli.
- Add Cucumber: Toss cucumber and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
- Season: Add soy sauce and a splash of water.
- Finish: Toss well and cook briefly.
