Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber (thick sliced)

  • 1 tsp sesame or olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp chilli flakes or chilli paste

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp water

  • Salt (if needed)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chilli.
  • Add Cucumber: Toss cucumber and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
  • Season: Add soy sauce and a splash of water.
