Ingredients
Chickpeas cooked – 1 cup
Tortilla / roti – 2
Onion, capsicum – sliced
Curd – 2 tbsp
Mint-coriander chutney – 1 tbsp
Tikka masala – 1 tsp
Lemon juice, salt
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Directions
- Toss chickpeas with tikka masala, salt & lemon.
- Sauté onion & capsicum lightly.
- Mix curd + chutney for the sauce.
- Fill wrap with chickpeas + veggies + sauce.
- Toast wrap on tawa 1 min each side.
