Ingredients
400g chicken (boneless or with bone)
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
Curry leaves
Salt & oil
Directions
- Heat oil and sauté onions & curry leaves.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook.
- Add chicken, spices, and salt.
- Cook covered until the chicken softens.
- Add crushed pepper and sauté on high for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.
