A simple, low-calorie stir-fry made with tender cauliflower and sweet green peas—light, filling, and perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cauliflower florets

  • ½ cup green peas (boiled)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Directions

  • Steam Cauliflower: Lightly steam cauliflower until just tender.
  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic; sauté briefly.
  • Add Vegetables: Add cauliflower and green peas. Toss well.
  • Season: Add turmeric, pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
