Juicy prawns tossed in a rich buttery garlic sauce with a hint of lemon and chili—an indulgent, restaurant-style Sunday seafood delight.

Ingredients

  • 500g prawns (cleaned & deveined)

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 10–12 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • ½ tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish

Directions

  • Wash prawns and pat them dry completely.
  • Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan on medium flame.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant (do not brown).
  • Add prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink.
  • Add chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Add remaining butter and gently toss until coating becomes glossy.
  • Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley or coriander.
  • Serve hot with fried rice, noodles, or garlic bread.
