Ingredients
500g prawns (cleaned & deveined)
4 tbsp butter
10–12 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Directions
- Wash prawns and pat them dry completely.
- Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan on medium flame.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant (do not brown).
- Add prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink.
- Add chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Add remaining butter and gently toss until coating becomes glossy.
- Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley or coriander.
- Serve hot with fried rice, noodles, or garlic bread.
