2 cups besan (gram flour)
3/4 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish
Directions
- Roast besan in ghee on a low flame till fragrant.
- Cool slightly, mix sugar and cardamom.
- Shape into round ladoos. Garnish with nuts.
