1 cup almonds (soaked, peeled)
1 cup sugar
½ cup ghee
2 cups milk
½ tsp saffron soaked in warm milk
Cardamom powder
Directions
- Blend almonds into a coarse paste with a little milk.
- Heat the ghee, add the paste, and stir continuously.
- Add milk and sugar, cook until thick and glossy.
- Mix saffron and cardamom at the end.
