Layered yoghurt parfait with caramelised apples, oats & cinnamon — quick dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt – 1 cup

  • Apple – 1 (chopped)

  • Oats – ¼ cup

  • Honey – 1 tbsp

  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp

  • Butter – 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat butter, sauté apples + cinnamon + honey.
  • Layer yoghurt, oats & warm apples in glasses.
  • Garnish with nuts or seeds.
