1½ cups cauliflower florets
½ cup green peas (boiled)
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 clove garlic (minced)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Directions
- Steam Cauliflower: Lightly steam cauliflower until just tender.
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic; sauté briefly.
- Add Vegetables: Add cauliflower and green peas. Toss well.
- Season: Add turmeric, pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
